wow sadly I slacked off big time during the summer and so I've just started studying again. How long did it take you to complete the studying? Congrats on getting it done! Did you do your CPR training yet?

Heyyy! Well I was actually sick for about a week, I'm talking kidney stone sick :(.. But now I'm back into the groove of things. Trying this P90X workout to see what results it'll bring. Hows training for you?

Hey thanks for the add! yeah that ab ripper is something serious. I just started the workout on Monday and so far I"m lovin it. I wish I could say that I'm half way through with my studying, but I haven't been studying consistantly like I should. Planning on being done sometime this summer :)

Thanks so much girlie :).. Yeah the squats will really do the trick! Be sure to do all types of different squats. I love them, sometimes I go overboard when I do my legs and end up walking around like a cripple person for a couple days after. ( lol)But I just love the results!
