How I Started:
After my third child, I joined a gym to get back into shape faster. Eventually after taking their weight lifiting classes, I got hooked and now I'm more focused on gaining muscle and having that athletic look.
Why I Love It:
I love weight training because of the way it transforms my body! I love the way it makes me feel physically and mentally (strong!). When I'm at the gym, that is my time to focus only me, and nothing or anyone else.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by constantly seeing new changes in my body. Also by always trying something new, and not always having the same routine. I've also met new friends going to the gym, so it's great to have people around you that are into the same thing.

I love having workout "partners", because we always push eachother to keep going and finish each workout. Okay so I haven't blogged in awhile, but I'm a little frustrated right now and I need to vent!.. Okay, so I'm at the gym 5-6 days out of the week, and most of the people there know me and are always friendly. Except for one, there is a female trainer there ( she's been there about 6months now)....
How is the studying going for you? I am also going through ISSA for my Personal Trainers cert. I am almost done should be finished with mine tomorrow then I can send it in.
