I do low carb (well, Lee would call it 0 carb) for three days then carb load and it seems to be working better than whatever I did last time. I won't be too carb depleted so I'm hoping I won't be too cranky. I understand about other priorities - I'm a stay-at-home mom to three young kids & a personal trainer - so I stay busy, but my husband and I both diet/workout all year long so prepping for a show isn't too bad.

Thanks! I thought you looked familiar!! The last week isn't so hard - it's the day of for me! I just want to drink water and eat something so badly!! I did a couple of shows before I had my last baby, but had horrible training guidance! You do shows?
