How I Started:
I've always been fit by dancing. When I quit dancing in college I gained weight. A friend encouraged me to start working out with him and from that point on I was addicted.
Why I Love It:
I love the way you can transform your body to what you want by diet and exercise. I also love the results from working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
Setting competition goals keeps me motivated. It's pretty scary knowing you will be on stage in front of hundreds of people wearing nothing but a small little bikini! I also have a great workout partner - my husband - who keeps me motivated when I need it most. And when I really need a kick in the butt, I turn to a pro!
My goal is to transform my body into the best shape possible.
Goal (Long):
After having three kids, I want to be in the best shape of my life. I want to prove to others that having kids does not mean you have to be overweight. With dedication, discipline, and determination you can achieve whatever you set your mind to. My goal is to drop bodyfat to around 10% while gaining muscle.

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you to be a better parent?
Living healthy is a lifestyle that my kids will (hopefully) pick up. They go to the gym every day with me and they see what me and my husband eat. My husband and I are both very involved with working out and eating healthy, so it helps our relationship that we are interested in the same things.

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
You look amazing for having 3 kids! I live in DS too. However I normally go to the gyms on Perkins b/c they are close to my work. Happy Training :) Amber
