Thanks! I have found in order to gain muscle mass that you have to train using heavy weight (6-10 rep range), focus on compound exercises (squats, dead lifts, bench press, etc), no to low cardio, increase your daily calorie intake above maintenance level, and rest. You want to shock your muscles through training, feed them through diet and supplements, and rest for recovery. Try a 3-4 day training split. Less is more for a hard gainer. I hope this helps! Ricky
