Lose visceral fat. Develop abs. My goal is to be lean with vessels popping out, without the unnecessary bodybuilding stack.
Goal (Long):
I've always wanted to have visible abs that would last more than an hour after waking up. I wish that I could be able to reach a body fat percentage below 9%, and more importantly, to be able to maintain it for over a year.
I also try to keep my supplement list to a minimum. Can't really afford having a number of supplements on my bill. Other than the usual health supplements such as a multivitamin, glucosamine and omega3 supplements (what I determine to be the basics), I take whey for having a convenient protein source. Other bodybuilding supplements are simply unnecessary expense, besides, where's the challenge when you've got creatine, BCAA's, energy enhancers, fat burners and NO on your supplement list?
If you wanna prove something to yourself, why not achieve a goal by doing it naturally with simply food and water as the basics? (unless you're competing in real bodybuilding competitions.)

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Why I like this video: I use similar workouts. I get to relate with the video. I like the simple training tactics, motivation, and efficiency.
300 - Spartan Workout
Played: 42
Why I like this video: Undoubtedly, everyone has already seen this. Almost everyone guy I know wants to try out spartan training. I like Mark Twight's training concepts.
I've tried the 'tractor wheel tire flips with tuck-jumps in-and-out'. It gives you that funny-feel-good feeling cause it's "spartan", but I wasn't that obsessed with it. But you still give it a shot!
I've been plateauing lately. Trying my best to bust through it. I've been dating this girl lately, so I've been overeating for weeks haha. I hope your strength gets back to you quick man. longest I've been out of the gym was a month.
