I dropped my pasta and switched to brown rice. The pasta I was using has a little fat, so it was time to remove that. mixed with tuna and hot sauce, it's terrible lol. Me and my big ideas.

I think supplements are too often thought of as the magic pill for fitness.
But i do use a preworkout mix containing creatine, arginine, caffeine, and a little niacin for the tingle, lol. other than that i use the least expensive protein powder i can find. i do vanilla in oj, but i like living on the edge like that.

I'm motivated to be my best. That's enough.
Actually being in an environment like this helps keep me focused. I see others where I want to be, and I see people starting and conquering their own perceived limitations, and I love it.
