205 lb bench press achieved by using "overloard method", i tried it for a couple weeks, where you put 50% more weight than your 1-rep max on the bar, and hold it as long as you can, and then take off the extra weight, it tricks your muscle and makes your max feel alot easier. i increased my max by 20 pounds by doing this for a few weeks! although i am back down to 180 now. have to try it again to see if it works!
