I Can't stand trying to fit into clothes that I like, but definitely cannot wear.
Why I Love It:
Change change change
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to be healthy and feel attractive again. The mirror and how I feel about myself are motivation enough. I'm tired of being the biggest girl in the group, and not being able to swap clothes. Oh yeah, and muffin top and back fat are not my idea of sex appeal.
BB Accomplishments:
I have lost the first 10 of what seems, to me, like an enormous amount of weight.

I look in the mirror and don't recognize myself anymore. I am going to get my curves back and stay active. I'm in the process of changing my entire life. I want to look and feel as strong as I am going to need to be. I am going to lose, at least 45 pounds.

I finally decided to be serious and not just sit in this body. I gained the first 30 pounds while on the Depo-shot(birthcontrol). I was so busy, at the time taking care of my dying grandmother, her then passing, college, work and an unfixable relationship...then I had 2 babies with in 14...

My wife and I both achieved body transformations by following the 12-week Body for Life program. We believe we know where you are coming from and feel that you can also make your fitness goals come true. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from size 12/14 to 4/6 and I lost over 50 Lbs and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks by utilizing the BFL program. Yes i know what you mean :) Feels like I'm starting this "marathon" about 10 years later than everyone ! I know how hard it is to stay motivated when you know it's a LONG time before you see muscle definition...but it can be done. I'm here for the long haul, keep at it and stay focused as best you can.
