Hi there, how are you doing? Sorry i haven't dropped by in a while. Have you been able to stay on track? It's not easy but if you need an accountability buddy I'm looking for one. Could use a kick in the butt right now..lol
Just wanted to check in and see how your doing? I know it seems like a long road but the road only gets shorter if you walk it..one step at a time. Feel free to pm or email if you need to talk/vent !
My wife and I both achieved body transformations by following the 12-week Body for Life program. We believe we know where you are coming from and feel that you can also make your fitness goals come true. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from size 12/14 to 4/6 and I lost over 50 Lbs and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks by utilizing the BFL program. Challenge yourself, and try to push a little harder each and every workout. Contact us if you wish more info.
Yes i know what you mean :) Feels like I'm starting this "marathon" about 10 years later than everyone ! I know how hard it is to stay motivated when you know it's a LONG time before you see muscle definition...but it can be done. I'm here for the long haul, keep at it and stay focused as best you can.
