How I Started:
I was never overweight which is a good thing. After graduating from College, I noticed that I needed to lose some pounds and re-sculpt my bod. I want to workout to transform my body to the way I always wanted it!
Why I Love It:
I'm actively doing something that will be rewarded by improved health and uplifted self-confidence. I'm in my early twenties now but I'm preventing down the road mishaps by being out of shape and unhealthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
Look in the mirror! I'm doing this for myself and my own self-confidence. I want to be proud of my body...not ashamed of it!

At the taste of chicago...hot covered cause my bod is not how I desire it for summer (again).
Transform my body by exercising and better eating habits.
Goal (Long):
I'm tired of looking in the mirror and wanting to scram! I wasnt to be proud of my body!
My goals is to lose weight and maintain a healthy weight of 110-115. Build muscle and reduce my bodyfat % which is currently 34.9%.
I desire a nice sculpted back, abs, glutes, thighs and arms.
I desire to be at least 120 before the end of Decemeber. I want to start off 2008 with a transformed bod!
I'm gradually changing my eating life to pescovegatarian. I'm enjoying this change because its allowing me to be more and more self aware of myself.
