morning: run 2 miles,50 push ups,50 sit-ups

basicly chicken chicken an more chicken, you can do alot with it like flavors an spices so it doesnt get old... steak, tuna salmon, and if your on the run have a quick protein shake that consist of nomore then 50g of protein

3 sets of each of these....
incline,decline,fla t dumbell press
incline,decline,flat dumbell flyes
cable crossovers 10,12,failure
chest should be spent by then.
i use a medicine ball on a decline bench and do sit ups to failure and as soon as i cant do anymore i go straight into a routine where i keep the ball close to my abs and take it across my abs side to side to work the obliques. hope this helps
