My uncle really got me into it, he was very fit in his early 30's and helped to get me into shape i bought a weirder all in one weight lifting system and the rest is history
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because i am allowed to constantly change my body to my liking and that is so amazing

Goal (Long):
gain my leg stregnth and speed back after breaking my leg in football last year, i want to add the mass back to my thighs and increase overal size of calves
So today was my last workout before camp. Maxed out on bench and hit 13 good reps of 225, went for 14 but had nothing left. Camp starts tomorrow and after hitting four workouts a day for 3 1/2 I'm glad its time for my hard work to pay off. Im so pumped for camp iI dont know what to do. ...
Depending on how much bodyfat I have to drop I'll up it to 1-1/2 hours a day split up between two sessions, 45 minutess each. Mainly low intensity, but sometimes high intensity to keep it interesting.
