Main Goal: Lose Fat
Goal (Short): Lose my freaking fat once and for all.
Goal (Long): Well I'm ticked I gained back all that I tried so hard to lose. So Now the question becomes what to do. Well I'm mad and that means I'm going to do it no matter what the cost. I just want to get my body fat percentage down for once so I can see abs or any type of definition in my abs. I want it bad, so I'm gonna get it.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 9%

I know exactly how you feel. I started out with bulking, though, and I seem to be losing some of my fat at the same time. I start cutting next week for a month. Good luck to you. This time, after you lose the fat, stick to your workouts to keep it that way.
