ILS is a primal threat/mating display observed in the human male. The ILS display involves the male human holding out it’s arms away from it’s body at approximately a 20-40 degree angle and then walking with a slow deliberate gait inorder to look more imposing to other humans. The posture is used primarily as a form of non-verbal communication such as a mating display to attract or impress females or as a defense or dominance posture to appear larger to a threat or to intimidate rival males.
Not too hard. I have been consistently passed 200 for a while. I am pretty tall too tho. I get some bonus weight for that.
Just eat a lot and build up your frame then worry bout cutting down. Not just a lot tho....eat clean!
I dont really know bout the hip thing. But dont forget, you meaure your hips at your ass and your waist at your belly button. I cant find my measuring tape, so im not sure lol
Just tryin to fill out as much as possible! I gained most of my weight in my legs....thats how my weight went up so much.
lookin shredded man! U usually that lean or do you build up in the winter?
Like a child that got their hands on an Ech-a-sketch pad. LOL. If you are new to bodybuilding, then just about anything you do will cause you to grow so, with that being said. High calorie/protein/carb diets consisting of quality food will get you growing and looking the way you want. Start off early with good form and work to perfect that as it is more important than lifting heavy.
