Keep my weight at 180 and get down to 10 percent body fat.
Goal (Long):
Ive always been the smaller guy throughout high school and got tired of it my senior year so I got me a gym membership and started lifting my starting body weight was 140lbs now i am at 180lbs so I met my first goal of getting to 180lbs now my new main goal is to burn the fat off I got from bulking up for three years I want to be 10 percent body fat and keep my weight at 180lbs.
Derek, you've made some awesome progress over the last 3 years. You ought to be proud. Sounds like you've been adding some mass lately. Keep up the great work man you are starting to look pretty huge. Nice back shot with v-taper.
