kg_luv i normally hit up chest and back on mon, biceps and triceps and shoulders on tuesday, cardio and abs wed, and then repeat, and get in legs somewhere. I dont know im just confused on what i want to man. I am scared of gaining weight, but i know i need to, to a degree.do i lean out and get abs out or do i build muscle....i dunno. Oct 14, 2010 8:11pm

hipheist Haha no problem man. Yeah, I've been lifting off-and-on for about 2 years now, although nothing even close to serious and mostly just half-assing it. Hoping to get as close to that physique as possible in the next 8-9 months (even though it's impossible) and then will continue to bulk from there on out. Best of luck! Oct 11, 2010 7:19pm
