Started working out once I got into college. I realized that there is no better time to start than during the peak days of your young adult life.
Why I Love It:
I love the energy and the feel of exercising. I know that with the right amount of work put into it I can achieve great results.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just looking into the mirror saying that I can get fit and look good keeps me going. Plus, so many people are in shape at UF so I'm working to join that club.

At GHFC, I usually do the following (I mix up the routine):
1. "Line Training" - 9 weight machines in a row where you lift your max weight at least 8-12 or until muscle failure for each machine
2. "Core Training" - 5 machines all relating to working your abs, torso, and neck. Includes...

A few short suggestions...cardio for 45-60 mins 7x/wk in the AM before having anything to eat. For 2 wks you could also do an additional cardio session of HIIT for 20-25 after your workout in the afternoon/evening. Also, make sure you are eating clean and change your diet. Stevep78 here on bb.com may have some additional suggestions for you. He's a great guy!! Very helpful!!
Ay Brotha(Literally),You got your **** up finally, Now you can win the contest and get some money and we can both go to IFBB NEXT YEAR TO BECOME PRO BODYBUILDERS LOL =]
GOOD **** BRO!
Thanks so much for your very kind and sincere comments. You CAN do it! Sometimes knowing WHAT to do is harder than actually doing it. Hire a personal trainer to get you on track and do it online if it is too pricey for you otherwise. It helped me! Just a thought ;)
