When I Started:
Jun, 2006
How I Started:
I've always been (and am still) a very self-conscious person. I've never really been happy with the way I look. I first began working out to enhance my soccer playing abilities and improve my physique. The moment I began seeing progress, I fell in love with the sport of bodybuilding. I quickly altered my priorities and make numerous sacrifices in order to remain dedicated. Before i knew it, bodybuilding had started to consume much of my time. And like they say, "Bodybuilding is not just a sport; it's a way of life."
Why I Love It:
No other feeling surmounts to that of giving it your all in a workout and seeing your body transform. The attention, too, is nothing to be shy about. The payoffs that ensue are innumerable.
How I Stay Motivated:
I never accept myself for being good enough. No matter how good I look or how strong I am, I know there's always room for improvement. When you aim for perfection, you discover it's a moving target.

A mesomorph is a body type! There are 3 different types of body types. Ectomorph (hard gainers, super skinny), endomorph (big frame, holds a lot of fat) and the mesomorph (natural muscular body type). You should a little bit of research on it. It's important to know how to diet and train for your body type because each is different. Good luck, man, and keep up the good work!
