How I Started:
Well it all started the day I moved into my dorm freshman year of college. There were a bunch of people on my floor. A lot of new names. One of my new hallmates names was also Mike. Him being a football player from Jersey and me being a swimmer from Boston. Naturally in order to differentiate between the two of us the rest of the floor gave us nicknames: "Big Mike" and "Little/Lil' Mike." .... I wasn't Big Mike. This was the push I needed to start hittin the weights. And I did. I hit em' hard. Since then lifting has become an essential and vital part of my life.
Why I Love It:
Because I love being in good shape and feeling healthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
Watching results and never being completely satisfied.
Hey Mike, I raced in a meet yesterday and took gold for my age group, and better yet 3rd overall. 26.21 for the 50free beating last year's time. I messed up on my 100free but still got a 57.something. How's things going for you?
Thanks for the comment! Whats your suggestion for supps for gaining muscle? I have diet figured out (eat, eat, eat), but I could use a little estra help and was curious if you had ideas for a good muscle builder? thanks for the help, I need to look more like you!
