Main Goal:
Transform My Body
Goal (Short):
I want to look freakin' AMAZING come May 12th when I receive my degree. COMMENCEMENT 2008!
Goal (Long):
After a few injuries, I am back on track. I want to become bigger and leaner than ever. Coming off a really bad "mechanical back sprain", trying to get back in shapes been hard.
Keeping a strict diet at school is hard, especially since all the food is mostly processed and tastes like BS. Therefore, training like no other is required.
My short term goal is to be able to walk up on the stage at the IZOD (formerly Continental) Arena and get my degree in the best shape I've ever been. College tried to disfigure me (I used to weigh 245 lbs and easily >30% BF). Not any longer. This is my time to shine.
My main goal is to eventually compete in a competition and see how i do.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 35 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
8%
Upcoming Contest:
COMMENCEMENT 2008

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Shoulders, back, I've hurt them consistently. Doctor's visits, anti-inflammatories....back to PT. Then lift again.
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Deadlifts, if done incorrectly.
