Fitness...the need for working the muscles and increase fitness,strength and endurance.I love the connection between mind and body..it's the most satisfying feeling of all.

making mistakes is a learning process,but when most people start,they want to much to quickly,most people lack knowledge,there is so much
to learn before becoming the successfull trainer.

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
gather as much information about bodybuilding as possible,it's like taking your first drivinglessons,know the basics of fitness first .
