When I Started:
How I Started: Off and on for a few years, but serious for the past year after being inspired during a trip to the land Down Under.
Why I Love It: Stress Relief, enjoy the feeling of a good pump, enjoy seeing the changes in my appearance.
How I Stay Motivated: talking to others in the sport
BB Accomplishments: finally bench press 225 for a set of 8 - I know it doesn't seem like much to many here, but I am happy with it.
