My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program

i squat ... heavy

Day 1:    push day (chest & triceps & abs)

Day 2:     pull day (back & biceps)

day 3:     shoulder day (shoulders & traps)

Day 4:     squat day (thigh & glutes)

Day 5:    deadlift day (hamstrings & calves)

it doesn't take a proffesional diet to gain/lose weigh, insted i rely on my diet with a base of eggs and milk

i follow a simple program on nutrition, i haven't got money to buy all the foods experts consume but it doesn't take all that, i beleave it doesn't take advanced diet programs to put on huge amounts of mass(or insted losing overal bodyfat), sure your diet is a priority but it doesn't have to be exact the same as the pro's.

that said, my nutrition is simple, i'm big fan of eggs and milk and thats mostly what i consume 1 / 2 hours before my workout, whereever you look on body building diets, theres without a doubt written milk / eggs / olive oil; they're my favorite foods so they're always the main part of my menu, ever since i was a child i never had any luck getting fruits down my troat without trowing up so i haven't don't eat any, to cover that i drink big amounts of stuff like orange juice since it's only fruit-like thing i actually like.

nutrition is important before and after workout, i don't have any base idea of what to eat after my workout so any suggestions abouth common food that isn't expensive or hard to make would be appreciated

Vale3rd yeah, well, I was looking into my diet and I already have very low carbs in it, I actually felt sick when doing IIFYM, so Im going back to eating clean and just carb-loading in the weekends, just got to stick to it. Hope you had a good weekend. May 13, 2013 10:04am

cssrss Form above all else! Yes, squats and deadlifts are a must for any lifter. Keep it up man! I think it is best to never push to hard, you have the rest of you life to lift, so you might as well not stop your career early with an injury.
