it doesn't take a proffesional diet to gain/lose weigh, insted i rely on my diet with a base of eggs and milk
i follow a simple program on nutrition, i haven't got money to buy all the foods experts consume but it doesn't take all that, i beleave it doesn't take advanced diet programs to put on huge amounts of mass(or insted losing overal bodyfat), sure your diet is a priority but it doesn't have to be exact the same as the pro's.
that said, my nutrition is simple, i'm big fan of eggs and milk and thats mostly what i consume 1 / 2 hours before my workout, whereever you look on body building diets, theres without a doubt written milk / eggs / olive oil; they're my favorite foods so they're always the main part of my menu, ever since i was a child i never had any luck getting fruits down my troat without trowing up so i haven't don't eat any, to cover that i drink big amounts of stuff like orange juice since it's only fruit-like thing i actually like.
nutrition is important before and after workout, i don't have any base idea of what to eat after my workout so any suggestions abouth common food that isn't expensive or hard to make would be appreciated
