guest yo man, awesome transformation. i've always been into lifting and i see that that one of the supplements you use is ON Creatine Powder. In your opinion does this really help build muscle. guest I'm at between 10-11% bodyfat and I'm leaner than the average person but I am finding it hard cracking the under 10% mark. Do you have any advice on getting over the hump. I see that you are at 6% and super lean but you weren't when you started in Jan 10'. Anything you got I welcome. And did you really go from the before (Jan 10') to the after (May 10')? guest I need help...want to have abody like you. Can you email me what your 1st month workout was...even the weight of the weights? Looking for this is what i ate the first month or a typical day and the workout with weight lbs for the exercise...ex bench 225 10 times.
