what fat? i think you look great! but at the opportunity to toss out advice, remember that fat loss has more to do with eating right than exercising does. Still need both though!

hey what's up? training is going pretty well. Decided to really start trying to build that mass and get stronger. It's coming along well but I'm still having one hell of a time breaking 180 and keeping it. oh well. how about you?

well if you'd like a pull up bar that's pretty low hassle, go for it. otherwise, you can do every other exercise on just home equipment and even office furniture. If you're really looking to get some equipment, buy some resistance bands and that dial-a-weight dumbell system thingy...i think it's by bowflex

sure. it's not some cheapy machine sales gimmick. as long as you use it, it won't be a waste of money

yeah that AVI is too hot! Haha i forgot you were in Diamond Bar! I was actually home the other week. Fam moved to Chino Hills but I still shot over to Walnut a few times. Coming back in October for my nephew's 2nd b-day

nope. i dunno what your routine is but it shouldn't be a "routine" anyhow. that implies that it's too repetitive. look up some good workouts on BB.com though. there's some great stuff

sounds like anything less would just be too easy for you, esp. with how long you've been working at it. If you wanna make progress, you've got to submit your body to new physical stressors - heavier weight, faster reps, more sets, longer/ more intense cardio...you get the idea.

still pushing past plateaus and working out for strength now. Thinking of bulking but I've gotta look into it a little more to do it right
