My friend and I started lifting together. Now we go to the gym 2-4 times a week.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it makes me happy about myself. I like being strong. Being strong has a lot of advantages.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love to lift. I always want to go. I look back on when I use to be fat and people made fun of me and making fat people jokes...it made me want to better myself.
I did my last set on the leg press of 1,000 pounds ten times on 4/20/2009. In Jan. my max on leg press was 1,015. Big improvement and i'm proud of myself. I also curled 70 pounds with one arm. I did 65 last month. I plan on maxing out towards the end of next month on bench and leg press....
