wanted to lose weight so i started running. Dropped 10 pounds in about 2-3 months. After that i decided to begin lifting weights. I started lifting around Feb./March of 2007.

another from 2005, about 1 year before i started lifting.
most recent pic i got. about 1 year before i started working out.
Long term i would like to gain size and then start a more cardio involved workout. That way i can lose the fat i gained over the muscle/weight gaining phase. Ultimate goal - be 155 AFTER my next cardio phase (around December 2007). Hopefully i will be very cut and well defined by the end of this year. So basically add 15 pounds of muscle.
Started cut about 2 weeks ago... i was down to 145 today. Also got my bodyfat figured, its 9%. Hopefully ill be down to 140 soon and will start bulking again.
The muscle milk natural doesn't taste as good as the other flavors. I only took it before bedtime and it seemed to keep me from waking up hungry in the morning and i slept better when i took it. It helped me a little in strenth gains but not alot.
