At the time I started working out there was nothing to do after school, so i went to the gym. I loved it, and still do.
Why I Love It:
I feel alive when I step in the gym. I feel and look great and just love pumping iron and getting bigger.
How I Stay Motivated:
I get complements all the time so that helps lol. But mainly just waking up in the morning and seeing my hard work in the mirror. My dad use to bodybuild, not professionally, and he was huge. I have the genetic for it so why not.
BB Accomplishments:
I started at 144, I'm now at 177 pounds.
And on my way to becoming a peronal trainer.
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
I alternate between the cross-trainer and the bike

What is your cardio exercise plan?
10-15 minutes a day before weight training to get my blood flowing. If i'm trying to burn fat, I do cardio after weight training for 30-35, but i never have any fat to burn so this is rare.
Thanks for the info pimp, I have been doing upright smith machine press and side lat rasies too, I just need alittle more time but I gotten wider in the last month fast, so Im gonna stick with the plan. keep doing your thang man!
