I've already ridden about 30 miles this weekend on the bike. After riding over 15 miles on friday, I did a back workout that included deadlifts. My son hasnt been riding his bike lately and it told on him during this workout. His hamstrings were cramping up before he finished the shower...

20 miles a day on top of lifting!! Thats hardcore. Oh, so you're cutting now too. Thats good. Well, I'll tell you its possible to train without supplements and make good progress if your diet is on point. Its hard though, but its not like supplements make it any easier.
Hey!! Thanks so much!! You were one of the first to welcome me on this site and for that, I am most appreciative. I have been working hard!! How have you been?

I read your blog, and while I am no expert in training, I do listen to my personal trainer and he is adequate recovery and eating enough calories ti feed your muscles, as well as changing the workout routine every 5 weeks. Sounds like you know what you need, you just have to feed and your muscles.
