I started working out and love the way I felt after working out so I never stop. 6 years strong and don't plan on stoping

Working out relieves alot of stress
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at pictures of bodybuilders and tell myself that is how I want to look. I continue to push myself to reach my goals.

I found something that made me feel good so now I want to continue doing it. I want to compete one day. I want to have that Mr. Olympia body so I know i have to work hard to get it. I love working out so really I just want to be and do my best.

set realistic goals and be patient

I worl out 6 days a week, starting with legs. I do Quads and Hams on the same day and sometimes calves if my legs are not tired. I usually do high reps for both Quads and Hams. I do 4-6 exercises for each of the muscle groups with sets of 4 and 20-10 reps. I finish my last excercise with 7...
