I am trying to get in better shape. My main goal is to lose weight, then I will try to gain muscle.
Goal (Long):
I want to lose about 60 lbs. I have always been on the bigger size. I want to be the average weight of a person that is 6'5. I would like to be around 240lbs and lean.
Whoa I've been blided by the light! LOL! Things are going really well! Doing awesome on my KETO diet and new weight training program. Couldn't be any better right now! I'm pumped to tha max!

I am changing my body, adding muscle and losing fat, I am sure, but until I take a set of progress pictures it will be hard to see it. I think I would take some pictures with your shirt off, you don't have to post them here, then wait a month of hard work and do it again. Compare. If that doesn't work, you will need to find someone who can help you design something which works for you.
Just got done reading your blog post. Man keep your head up. You will get there if YOU really want it. I have the same issue with the scale right now. My program started with me losing 17 pounds, down to 189 from 206, but I am back up to 191 and staying steady. I have been 191 for about 6 weeks.
Ugh hahah yeah.. Officially hate college. =]
If I would have just.. I dunno listened to my parents and avoided partying. ( for different reasons obviously :D)

Hey Matthew, thanks for the add. There is no secret except relentless dedication, sacrifice, and hard hard hard work. I changed my diet drastically -- cut out white rice and bread completely. It disgusts me now to eat anything with bread. You gotta, gotta, gotta have a plan in the gym. Check out my workout schedule in my page. It works for me! Great job getting interested in turning yourself into a healthier you! That's a BIG step!!
