Thanks again! Isn't it funny how it becomes more about the number to lose verses the # on the scale...I would love to say i lost 100 lbs..but for now 95 is a good #. 240 by the end of Aug, you can do it!Just keep your eyes on the prize. Thought about putting on some more muscle but not sure I can handle the weight gain mentally yet. All i want is some great arms....is that to much to ask for...lol?
Pretty sure my bf% is right on. Just had it tested by DEXA at Stanford University. I'm pretty sure they are about 99% accurate. I'm trying to lose 5-7% more and get down into the teens.
Thanks so much for the great comments! I am still 1 away from 95, I enjoyed some treats this past month..lol! I don't really have a number goal as much as a "look" goal..if that makes sense. I REALLY want some "cut" arms....someday!! Wow, 50lbs. is a great accomplishment, is that your goal?
Omgosh...honestly I'm glad he is the one thats gonna be the challenge for sure! I know...double standard right...lol But i'm sure most parents of girls feel that way!
roflmao...actually my daughter has been AMAZING so far!! My son on the other hand...just turning 12 and a raging balll of hormones already...is definatly going to give me a run for my money!! Hmmm...or is 'payback' for me as a teen! lmao
I'm just shy of 5'6" ~ I was in the 5'5" and over class for the figure comp I did! lol OMGosh yeah your daughter should really take off this year and next year for sure!
