And I watched movie 300 and I wanted abs like them

Sorry to hear about the leg injury! Hope all is well now! So now that your cut is almost over, are you ready for the bulk? Any plan of attack, calorie increase? As for me same old same old, trying to cut the fat and hold on to the muscle!

doing ok man 5 days in the gym with weights and cardio two off. its a struggle sometimes but i love it. seeing some serious change I think . check out my pics I would love your comments . how am I doing? how are you ?
