i really dont know too much b/c i just started a few months ago. i really only do sprots related exercises though.

If you want large shoulders go buy Bob Cicherillo's Dvd- "World Class Physique" Disc 2, its like $9.99 at bodybuilding.com and then check out thefitshow.com season one and find milos sarcev's shoulder workout, and on season 3 his hardcore shoulder workout. Thats the stuff i do, and it really works for me. Let me know if you have any problems or any more questions.
