got tired of being a fat ass. discovered i was strong for my size and was hooked immediately.
Why I Love It:
it keeps me healthy, tight, muscular and i truly believe weight training is the fountain of youth. most people cannot believe my age when i tell them.
How I Stay Motivated:
iron flows thru my veins, i worship at the altar of iron religiously. it's in my blood, it's who i am, it's what i strongly identify with. been doing it longer than most of you have been on this planet, and when i die someone will have to pry the knurled bar from my cold, dead hands.
BB Accomplishments:
ex powerlifter who, at first meet, could have set two American records - in deadlift and bench. didn't compete though, could kick self now.

Yeah im alright done some arms today for a change,dont seem to do them much!Have my fav day tomorrow back and those deads.Listen to Slipknot and get nasty lol.You still bashing out compound lifts?
