How I Started:
Graduated from college and got tired of being a skinny party boy.
Why I Love It:
Its make me feel great, sleep great, look great. I love mountain biking and all outdoor sports and being strong can only help.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm a very driven person and every time i see myself in a mirror it motivates me to take it to the next level.

Continually getting stronger and gaining muscle while doing triathlon training (running, swimming, and mountain biking)

Im an extomorph so i do two to three full body workouts a week changing up the exercised every four to six weeks. I did my 1st Xterra Race this year and got 2nd in my age group. I'm addicted!

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
Straight bar and preacher have been working great for me.
What tricep workout has worked best for you?
Close grip bench then bodyweight dips then sull-crushers.
What calf workout has worked best for you?
Best so far is calfs on the leg press machine. Pause at full streach and contraction is key.
