well I figure my body should be able to heal itself. People are too soft these days with all the medical advancements - I suppose you would say that attitude is why i have so many unhealed injuries lol, u'd prob be right :)

I dont put nothin on my injuuries. I do build scartissue. Every time it scars over the tissue is pink (like all new scartissue) but I can never keep it for long enough before I knock it off again. but more recently I when I have had the pinck scar tissue its like its not attached to anything, more like a loose cover & when It tears off the skin underneeth is stil raw. its just cus its right on the bulge of my coller bone It is easy to hit with stuff

This is actually external scartissue. after my last fall on the bike & took some skin off my left shoulder. Right on the spot where my coller bone sticks out. I have knocked it many times since it healed over, & last night I knocked it off for the 6th time. Just brushed it on a plate & the tissue wrinkled up split. seems like its very weak where it heals

No I dont hit the bag as a warm up. I warm up before that & The bag work is part of my workout. I wear wrist wraps & gloves so there is enough support on my wrists. Anyhow I do have a question for u - do you know haw many times scartissue can regenerate in the same place?

well I walk about 5 miles a day & hit the heavy bag for 20 mins every other day. Thats my cardio. The bike is just a warm up before I strech. That internal blister sounds a bit like out of the frying pan into the fire!

yes I am trying. Before every workout now I do 5 mins on the bike, then 5-10 mins of streching. I think it is helping. Havnt been sore in a while exept for I did deadlifts on tuesday for the first time since I hurt my hamstrings. Hams were o.k but now my lats are realy sore! just muscular though

hahaha yeah 290 should do it, but now u got the best of both worlds. Jacked & ripped up but still got the massive calf size. & calfs deff not all u got goin! whole upper body is awsome too man! I've been workin on my calfs more & I'll post a pic soon for sure
