Goal (Long):
as soon as my arm comes out of cast im gonna train really hard. but I dont want to gain more than 10 pounds of muccle because I want to fight at 170. I traind muay thai with 'dale wood' ( world kickboxing champion) for 2 1/2 years and am a very confidant and powerfull striker, I also trained wresteling and bjj too. cant wait to get in the ring. Im gonna work more cardio and try to find some good sparing partners and get on some local shows. long term goal - ufc welterweight world champion. I also want to get my deadlift to 500lbs just because I love doing deadlifts.
I dont think I've ever seen someone make such awsome gains so fast! Neal gets down in the gym and busts his ass every day, and is a great training partner. He's also one of those guys that instead of 'just talkin' actually gets stuff done. congrats on what you've acomplished so far bro, I got no doubt you'll achive big things in this sport, or whatever you chose.

O damn that sucks! You need to get healed up for good!!! I really wonder why your so injury prone. It just sucks to get injured like that all the time. I wont be there sat because Im working all day, but possibly sunday if I decide to not take both days off. I could use the sleep lol.

I know what you mean with the tendons man, I had tendonitis in my right wrist from curling and now its in my left wrist but completely not healed in either. My forearms and arms look like twigs compared to the rest of my body and it makes me look unpropotional lol
