I started lifting weights for football and I just fell in love with the iron and eventually got into bodybuilding seeing big dudes at the gym and reading the magazines.

yeah, I did the Oregon Ironman last sat., which I was a little thicker than I would have liked. I did ok for only having 11 weeks of training in I was sick and didnt train for 2 weeks straight which sucked but F-it... How are things going for you man?

Hey man. When you did cardio for roughly 2 hours a day on your cut. About how many calories did you consume. Because it's tough to keep the muscle you have while burning such high amounts of fat quick. Just curious because I do a good hour of hard cardio a day and consume 1500 calories maximum.
