Main goal to compete at my best but not till im ready!!!!!!
Goal (Long):
bodybuilding is something i love to do... i just enjoy seeing the difference from when i began. I take in protein and i want to one day be in a contest.i love this sport.!
Honestly I'd just worry about the basics at your age. Lift, Eat (lots), Rest, Repeat. If you see you're starting to put on too much fat just back off the eating a little and keep going. Try to eat as cleas as you can...I didn't have that much input into what I ate when I was 15.
Good luck
clen bulking is really hard to do i haven't really got a hang of it myself...the most i can offer you is use this site to research foods that would fall under "clean" foods for bulk and then build a diet plan off of that
hey i was reading your comments on no-xplode and idk if your stll interested in it but i used it and i loved it. i got grape and not only did i love how it worked it tasted great as well!!! haha best wishes kid. dont just look at your goals go get em!
hey sergio, i really dont think no xplode will hurt you any more than a cup of cofee would. it had a good bit of caffiene in it. other than that i don't think it is harmful at all.
Hey brotha! I appreciate your comment, gotta stay safe! N.O. explode is a great and safe product, but get the one with no added stimulants. Good luck my man! Get big!
damn., were u doing good form? sometimes jerking the weight too much can hurt you. hmmm, squats do hurt, although mostly the lower back, are you sure your using weights that you can handle properly? if the pain persists have it checked out, otherwise it should be fine. just my opinion. keep your head up buddy.
ah ok makes more sense, remember variation is key, but stick to certain things.
good to hear you sound like you know whats what.
check ya around man, make sure your hydrated enough especially because your taking creatine. be careful even with water but drink it all day long.
yo dude, saw ur post on Daryl's page, training at 2 hours a day is definitely not a "solid" choice for a less advances trainee, Im nowhere near prepared to train for 2 hours, the longest i personally train is for 1 hour 15 minutes or so, but thats Back, Abdominals and Calves in the same workout, just start off consistent, nice 45 minute sessions with solid reps and no ego, a good clean food plan and you will be on your way, please ask me questions if you want help.
Hey what's up bro' I was 14 when I started and yeah I think you will get better results cutting you workout in half (1 hour hard-core) and then also make sure to constantly eat a "LOT" of protein EVERYDAY. OK lil Bro' train hard and stay hard core!!! Later Daryl Jones www.superheavyweight.com
Hey man, I wouldn't use my money on that stuff at 15. I would just concentrate on eating lots of whole food protein like chicken and fish. If you want to get creatine naturally eat more steak. Just my 0.02.
Hey Sergio! Man, you're at a perfect age to begin bodybuilding. I promise you, if you stay consistent with your exercise, nutrition and rest, by the time you're 16 years old, your physique will be among the top 5% in your peer group. And you can take that to the bank! Check out this article I wrote about my transformation: http://fitness.podarco.com/3pr inciples.html
Hey Sergio, You'll be hoss if you stick with it. Don't be frustrated initially, it takes time and consistency. When I'm cutting I take in about 1700-2000 Cals a day with around 250g of Protein.
