My Workout Program

For years, I haven't been doing my chest exercises correctly. I did no incline whatsoever. So Now I'm focusing on my upper chest delts because my muscles proportions are extremely unbalanced and not even. My main goal is to lose a considerable amount of fat with toning and building my chest, arms, and legs. I do my Cardio (that I hate with the passion but it must be done) in the morning before I go to work. About 10 to 20 minutes of HIIT before work about 5 times a week. This is to shed the fat off my body without sacrificing the muscle I’m trying to build. After work I focus on my weight training.
