motivated to reshape my body by loosing some extra fat and getting muscular

How I Stay Motivated:
determination to become everything i can be. sucessful results make it exciting and makes you have a better self-image. Also, I'm the type of person that loves being in good shape
BB Accomplishments:
reached 5.2% body fat on 12/6/07
dropped from 172 to 142.5 in 5 months strictly through diet and excercise and then regained my weight with lean muscle mass!

this is before i started weightlifting at the age of 15. that pullup was a struggle and i basicly had a minimal amount of muscle on me and way too much bodyfat

Goal (Long):
-gain size on arms, and chest
-continue to define abs
-strengthen legs to increase vertical for basketball
-stay under 10% body fat while bulking to maintain definition
-interested in starting powerlifting, being a well rounded inter-mural/club athlete in college and eventually competing in strength and physique contests.
also i want to become huge and eventually get up to around 250+ sometime in my 20's to 30's
