Overall Goal: I have added substantial amount of muscle since I (about 27Ibs) started lifting weight about three years ago. Right now my weight is about 175Ibs and I want to stay that way but more cut and less body fat!

I started off by imitating people that come to the Gym where I used to work to workout! when i first started, i did not take it that serious until i stated to see the result.
Why I Love It:
i love working out because it help me to release all my stress and to me, working out is more than a stress remedy, it is a life style!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by writing down all my fitness goals and going after them after them every morning. doing so help me now where I am, where I am going and how to get there.

hey dude awesome physique man,awesome awesome abs. do u know of any sample diet plan nd workout program i can get. ive been working out for 2 years now with no results. i dnt even have ripped abs despite doing alot of cardio to and cant seem to get my lower tummy flat despite still not growing size wise im still small. Pls any sort of help and advice would be appreciated.
