After returning from basic training i gained 30lb and liked the results and become addicted to it.
Why I Love It:
Living a healthier lifestyle, higher Self esteem, seeing results, because it makes me want to be better. There is no end to it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Myself, the mirror because it never lies, the boys i work with at boys home, friends on bodybuilding.com, Do Work Crew, Family for their encouragement, And the big guy upstairs.

Abs are kinda sore, bringin the ab routine in 3x week now, and switchen up the diet just a smidge, hopefully they will look wicked soon!! So Ur joing me... huh??? Ok Then LETS DO THIS!!! :)
Im finding out a good combo of weight gainer, 5k cal a day, creatine, BCAA pills, and glutamine to be the most effective natural combo so far. leg workout was awsome, did low vol 1-6 rep sets to change it up. I think the weight is starting to come from my new combo this month. Anything new on your end bro?
Haha...you knows it!!! I have been busting my butt at the gym the pas few days and a friend is watching the babies so I can run this evening by myself wihout a huge double jogging stroller! Life is good! How's training going?
Just looked at your "Progress Photos". Amazing. You've got one of the greatest lean and muscular physiques on this or on any guy I've seen! Love how muscular and defined your body is!
