I notice I was getting heavy and the fact that I am atype 2 diabetic

june 2008 I was 197 lbs ,38% body fat and40 inch waist now i am 160 lbs ,31.5 inch waist 12% body fat .

THANK YOU SO MUCH... SOME HOW I WAS TRYING TO GET THE RIGHT COSTUME AND I FOUND THIS ONE..I WASN'T TRYING TO PULL A KATE FROM UNDERWORLD.BUT IT HAPPENED... Juan, Thanks for the kudos. There is no doubt you do exactly what you want. And with a good program you can make your type II diabetes practically non-existent.
