Hey there! Just writing a quick note to let you know I am still alive. Things have been insanely busy since I have gotten back. Trying to sell my house and while I was gone, someone stole my A/C! Who does that? Anyway, hope all is well! I'll write you soon.

Yep, I am finally back in the states. It is good to be home. Now I just need to stay on track as I make the move from TX back to the East Coast.

Down to 6 days, still hitting it hard. Might be bale to get under 200 befor eI leave. Been keeping the diet really clean.

Still here for another month. Things are going pretty well. Workouts still going strong and I have managed to keep my diet pretty clean. How's things been with you?

Yeah, it can be viscious. The harder you workout in the gym, the hungrier you seem to get. It is a constant battle. Hopefully the new routine works out for you.

Yes, the past week went pretty well for me. Started a new workout and have been trying to dial in my meals, which appears to be working. I am hoping the trend continues. How's thing been for you?

You use the best supplement ever! Brawndo: The Thirst Mutilator. I saw it in the movie Idiocracy and didn't realize they actually marketed it. It's got electrolytes and it's what plants crave. Keep up the great progress and take care.
