I'm leaving for 5 days so i won;t workout for 5 days and i just hopre i woon't lose any of my muscle, but honestly i don't think I will lose any muscle, since i will be playing soccer for those 5 days.

For someone who is only 13 you have the body of someone much older. You have put on good muscle and seem to be developing definition also. Keep up the hard work.
