I first lifted at 13, and I was instantly hooked.
A female body with muscles is sooo beautiful! Way better than flabby & skinny! It takes lots of work and eating the right foods and staying away from too much sugar and alcohol!
Why I Love It:
Stress relief, low body fat, muscles, definition as a result of the aforementioned, strength!!!
I love the feeling of lifting super heavy weights... plus, everyone in the gym always wonders how a skinny girl like me can lift so much!!!
The process of sculpting your physique is truly an art...
If building an amazing physique was easy, everyone would do it.... you have to stick to your healthy eating and fight the cravings and get in the gym!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to improve my physique, not deter it!
Plus I look forward to my photo shoots where I want to be in my best shape...

From the day I met Ian, he could see the potential in me, and that was a great feeling. Ian has helped me get published in IronMan Magazine.
