I first started lifting weights with some of my friends around the neighborhood when I was 13 years old. I lifted when I played football in high school I wasnt very serious about it though I wish I would have. Then I got into the best shape of my life in the Marine Corps. I had a six pack for the first time that I could remember. I left the corps and some how left the six pack there also. I worked out here and there then I joined the Army and the last few months I have been trying to transform.
Why I Love It:
I like seeing positive changes in my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
I honestly stay motiivated by seeing the accomplishments that others here on the website have made the soldiers I hit the iron with everyday and myself.

I really need to up my cardio.....very unhappy right now.....
My long term goal may sound funny but I want to be a representative for one of the products I take. So hopefully I can get into the type of shape they are looking for.

You are welcome for the support! I think every American should support their military whether they agree with the war or not. You guys are doing your job...protecting out nation! My grandfather fought in 3 wars and if were not for people like you, him, and the rest of our military then our country and it's citizens would not have what we have. FREEDOM..and the best place to live in the world. That is what I think! So, thank you again!
