How I Started:
I first started lifting weights with some of my friends around the neighborhood when I was 13 years old. I lifted when I played football in high school I wasnt very serious about it though I wish I would have. Then I got into the best shape of my life in the Marine Corps. I had a six pack for the first time that I could remember. I left the corps and some how left the six pack there also. I worked out here and there then I joined the Army and the last few months I have been trying to transform.
Why I Love It:
I like seeing positive changes in my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
I honestly stay motiivated by seeing the accomplishments that others here on the website have made the soldiers I hit the iron with everyday and myself.
My long term goal may sound funny but I want to be a representative for one of the products I take. So hopefully I can get into the type of shape they are looking for.

I feel so crappy right now. My workout yesterday suffered severely because I was so sick but I couldnt skip a day at the gym. The transformation contest I am currently in is too important to me.
yea i hear you brother def getting down to the hard parts.....well posted my pics and did that game for a while lol not much feedbak but i feel was started heavier than alot and i feel im getting ripped as anyone i seen well ive decided to get ova it all and just take my pics down and give it my best for nowww without showing any mor epics
Well, core work will help a little, but that area is basically just weak period. The walls of muscle tissue are really thin. Take it easy and see what happens. I noticed a small bump and then the bump kept getting bigger and hurting worse and worse. Went to see the doc and he said I needed surgery. It sucked!!!
yea im more on the low about it. lol i probaly will kepp everything covered until winter comes .do u have to post your progress on your bodyspace and do u have to keep up with your progress do u know?
