Was a bit overweight back in 2005, didn't like the way i looked... havent looked back since
Why I Love It:
Keeps me active, healthy and love putting my body with pain thresholds to achieve results. With the right psychological and mental aspects..anything is possible :)
How I Stay Motivated:
Watching dvd's and you tube clips of fav bodybuilders especially of Levrone, Dexter Jackson and the up and coming Phil Heath
BB Accomplishments:
2005-2006 period, losing 17kg's in other words 37.4 lbs
Work on weaker parts of the body such as chest and quads....Work on symmetry and proportion with a weight range between 165lb-180lb at the moment i am 171.6lb
hey dug im a older bodybuilder always looking for size. my question is did you have a bulking cycle or all your muscle goins came from being lean..plz reply thanks
